The purpose of this paper is to analyze «Food Security», a concept articulated by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) and how it is facing Climate Change as a phenomenon that is being addressed by the international community since the late 1980s and beyond, and has been updated with its most recent multilateral treaty, the Paris Agreement, which entered into force in late 2016.
