Frank Kronenberg proposes in the foreword of the text Occupational Therapy and Social Exclusion of Navarrete, Cantero, Guajardo, Sepúlveda and Moruno (2015) different possibilities and questions regarding occupational therapy (hereinafter OT). He points out that the discipline is in a new paradigm where it is necessary to review its bases and standards on professional training. We are presented in this prologue that human rights (hereinafter DDHH) are a crucial part of the OT and that the 'epistemologies of the South', citing Sousa Santos, have made it possible to base: 'emerging practices and rationalities' (p.10) in the discipline.
