Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the employment situation of young people in Argentina. Based on a bibliographic review and the processing of secondary statistical information, it argues that the educational and employment situation of the youths is crossed in an intersectional way by the patterns of gender and social class. The conclusions propose that because of the Covid-19 pandemic, social inequality among youth has deepened, widening the educational, employment and income gap between the different social sectors and genders.
