This article introduces lines of reasoning that encourage the incorporation of children’s contributions to re-establish intergenerational relationships from an emancipatory perspective. We advocate for the need to implement child-centered perspectives that invite us to react to this world from a place open to play, to laugh, to interruptions, to unfinished paths, to wonder, tenderness, and inter- and intra- generational solidarity. The proposal includes the development of ten intergenerational challenges that we regard as central for critically rethinking the position assigned to new generations within the general distribution of power in our societies.
